Hybrid by design.

Most roles are hybrid out of The Hague, Mumbai, or Johannesburg. Some are remote-friendly. We invest in people getting together periodically — quarterly team weeks, customer rollout travel, conference attendance.

How we hire

No tricks. No theatrics.

Three-to-four conversations, a working session, and a decision. We respect your time because we expect you to respect ours.

Initial screen.

30-minute call with a hiring manager. Mutual fit, scope, expectations. No surprises here — we'll tell you the role's hardest parts before you ask.

A real problem, walked through together. For engineering: review existing code or design a system. For commercial: walk a sales motion. We don't do whiteboard puzzles.

Team conversations.

Two or three calls with the people you'll work with daily. They're evaluating fit; you should be doing the same. Ask hard questions.

Decision & offer.

Within a week of the final conversation. Detailed offer letter, transparent compensation breakdown, equity terms in writing. No hardball negotiation tactics.
